Leader In Training camp is a perfect opportunity to live, grow, and share while learning skills that will help throughout your life. Our unique Leader in Training camp starts off the summer where campers join staff in sessions and workshops which empowers leadership skills. These future leaders will be given an opportunity to discover who they are by examing their strengths and developing personal goals and methods of achieving them. They will have the chance to learn about different personality types, how to work with others and how to get the best result from a team. They will further develop communication skills, plan and lead activities and learn what they can bring to a team. Campers participate in outdoor safety in service training for camp emergency procedures. The LIT program fosters supportive learning environment while offering opportunities to enjoy canoeing, archery, recreation and nature, arts and crafts, and building friendships with other campers.
